Parents Say About Us

Frequently Asked Questions

You’re Not Alone. Let’s Talk About It

Every parent has wondered. Every child deserves answers.

Intelligence and reading ability are not the same. Many bright children have dyslexia that makes decoding words hard even though their thinking and creativity are exceptional. With the right screening and intervention at CLETS, these children unlock their potential. Struggling to read does not mean a child is not smart, it means they learn differently.

You’re not alone. Children with undiagnosed learning difficulties are trying often harder than we realise. What looks like laziness is frequently a brain working overtime. At CLETS we help parents understand the difference between “won’t” and “can’t”.

Hurt. Confused. Ashamed. Over time this can lead to anxiety and low self-esteem. Early recognition and the right support can reverse this. When children understand their brain works differently, not broken, just different, they blossom with confidence.

The gap between potential and performance widens. Children may fall behind, lose motivation or withdraw. No child should wait years for someone to notice. Early screening at CLETS saves hearts as much as it saves minds.

Every child’s story holds clues. The boy who memorises books but can’t sound out new words. The girl who tells brilliant stories but can’t write them. These are signs, not flaws. At CLETS we’ve seen countless children once labelled “difficult” discover they are gifted learners who simply needed a different approach.
